Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Contact us immediately, and depending on the status of payment processing, we may be able to void the transaction.

If we successfully void the transaction, you won't be charged the 5% payment processing fee. However, if the payment has already been captured (processed), the refund will be subject to a 5% payment processing fee, or a 10% payment processing fee if the product was purchased at a discount.

Orders for Honeycomb Carbon or Forged Carbon products, which are made to order, cannot be cancelled once placed and the lead/production time was confirmed.

General Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items.

• Timeframe: You have 7 days from the delivery date to return your order.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for the following items: products purchased at a clearance sale discount, and special custom materials such as Honeycomb Carbon and Forged Carbon, which are non-returnable.
• Return shipping: Since we are located in Hong Kong, all products must be returned to our address there. You are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping, including tracking, re-importation, and handling fees. We are unable to provide a return label.
• Refunds: Your refund will be the product's value minus a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Inspection: Returned items are inspected upon arrival. We cannot accept a return if the item is damaged or shows problems that occurred during return shipping.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for damage or missing items reported more than 14 days after delivery.
