Order Cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order before it has been shipped. If you contact us immediately, and depending on the current status of the payment processing, we may be able to void the transaction.

If the transaction can be successfully voided, you will not be charged the 5% payment processing fee. However, if the payment has already been captured (processed), the refund for the cancellation will be subject to the 5% payment processing fee detailed in the Refunds section below.

 

General Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items.

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the delivery date to return your order.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Returns are not possible for the following items:

    • Products bought at a discount.

    • Special custom orders, which you will be notified are non-returnable before placing your order.

  • Return Shipping: Since we are located in Thailand, all products must be returned to our address there. You are responsible for all costs associated with this return shipping, including tracking, re-importation, and handling fees. We are unable to provide a return label.

  • Refunds: Your refund will be the product's value minus a 5% payment processing fee.

    • For orders placed with a discount code, an additional 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Inspection: Upon return, your item will be inspected. We cannot accept a return if the item is damaged or has any problems that occurred during the return shipment.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • Reporting: If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately. We are not responsible for damage or missing items reported more than 30 days after delivery.
