Refund policy

General return policy

We have a general 7-day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sold with a discount or on promotion are not eligible for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This proof needs to be shipped together with the returned product.

The cost of return needs to be covered by the buyer.

The buyer is also responsible for any ongoing cost if the shipment has been returned with missing or false return documents. If a shipment is returned to us, we shall only refund the value of the items without shipping costs and ongoing re-import costs.

To start a return, use our contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and defective issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. RPM Carbon does not take any responsibility for any damage or missing items if reported later than 15 days upon arrival.

If a domestic third-party logistics provider has been used, the moment a shipment arrives at the provider, it is counted as arrived.

In case a domestic freight forwarder or third-party logistics in Thailand has been used, the arrival at the freight forwarder is the moment as the shipment is being counted as shipped. RPM Carbon does not take responsibility for any damage to the shipment after the shipment has been accepted by the freight forwarder if not proven that the damage already occurred before the arrival at the freight forwarder. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
