General Information
We typically ship in-stock parts within 48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Our shipments typically originate from Thailand. If a part is out of stock, we will contact you by email to confirm the estimated lead time.
Key Points to Remember

Shipping times are estimates. The estimated delivery dates you see at checkout are not guaranteed. Production time for out-of-stock parts is not included in the shipping estimate and doesn't change based on your chosen shipping method.

Signature is required. All our shipments require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will either attempt redelivery or leave a note with instructions for you to pick up the package.

Track your package. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It's your responsibility to monitor the tracking information and promptly report any issues to us.

Returned packages. We are not responsible for packages returned for any reason (e.g., wrong or incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, failure to pay duties/taxes).

If a package is returned, you may request either a re-delivery (you will be responsible for the shipping cost) or a refund (we will refund you for the parts, but not the original shipping cost).

Customs and Duties
Our shipments typically originate from Thailand. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, duties, customs fees, or other charges that may apply to your order. We are not responsible for packages returned or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees.

We offer several shipping options that may vary by country.
Standard Shipping
This is our most economical option. It's an international airmail service handled by postal partners (like USPS, Australia Post, etc.).

Tracking: Limited tracking information is available. Updates may be delayed while the package is in transit between countries.

Lost packages: If your package hasn't arrived in 4 weeks, please contact us so we can open an investigation with our postal provider. You must also contact your local postal service and actively participate in the investigation. If your package is officially declared lost by your local postal provider after 6 weeks, we will replace and reship your order at no extra cost.
EMS Express
This is a faster Priority Express mail option. It's handled by the same postal partners as standard shipping, but these shipments are treated with higher priority.

Courier Express
This is our fastest shipping method, typically handled by major carriers like UPS or FedEx.
