General Shipping Information and Handling Time

When placing an order on our website, we typically ship the stocked parts in stock in less than 48 hours. This excludes Sundays or any public Holidays. If a part isn't in stock, we will inform the buyer via E-Mail and await confirmation of the estimated lead time.

The shipping times provided at the checkout are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

We only ship with shipping methods that require a signatory present at the shipping address to sign off the shipment. If a signatory is not present at delivery time, the postal provider typically will either re-deliver the shipment or leave a note with instructions on how to receive the shipment.

After an order has been shipped, the buyer typically receives an E-Mail with tracking information to the e-mail address used to place the order. The buyer is responsible for periodically looking at the tracking information and ensuring that any issues with the shipment are reported to us promptly.

RPM Carbon does not take any responsibility if a shipment has been returned for any reason. If a shipment is returned to us and arrives in the same conditions as shipped, the buyer may request either a re-delivery or a refund. In case of a re-delivery, the buyer is responsible for the re-delivery costs. If the buyer wishes for a refund, RPM Carbon shall refund only the price of the parts deducted from the initial shipping cost.

Customs and Duties

When placing an order,  the buyer agrees to be responsible for estimating and covering any Sales Tax, VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, Handling fees, Customs clearance charges, and other costs associated with the shipment.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options that can vary between countries.

AirMail/ePacket

AirMail/ePacket is the economy mail option. It is an international postal airmail service handled by members of the Universal Postal Union. The shipment is sent by the local postal union member from the sender country and then handed over to the postal union partner (USPS, Parcelforce, Australia Post, Deutsche Post, etc...) at the arrival country. It allows 24/7 tracking with limited information.

The estimated shipping times are usually between 2-4 weeks. The shipment can get tracked, but the tracking information will only show the transit until the sender country's departure and after the arrival country's customs department has processed it. Therefore, there won't be any tracking updates of the transit between the sender and the arrival country for several days or weeks. Usually, after a shipment has passed the customs of the arrival country, it gets handed over to the local postal provider (USPS, Parcelforce, Australia Post, Deutsche Post, etc...) and, in most cases, gets delivered a few days later.

If a shipment has not arrived in 4 weeks, let us know, and we will start an investigation with our postal provider. The buyer must also contact his local Postal Provider and actively participate in the investigation.

EMS Express

EMS is an Express mail option. It is an international postal Airmail Express service handled by members of the Universal Postal Union. The shipment is sent by the local postal union member from the sender country and then handed over to the postal union partner (USPS, Parcelforce, Australia Post, Deutsche Post, etc...) at the arrival country. It allows 24/7 tracking with limited information. The significant difference between EMS and the economic Airmail/ePacket service is that EMS shipments are handled with priority.

The estimated shipping times are usually between 7-14 days.

If a shipment has not arrived in 2 weeks, let us know, and we will start an investigation with our postal provider. The buyer must also contact his local Postal Provider and actively participate in the investigation.

Courier Express

Courier Express is the fastest shipping method available. We will choose the best available options based on the buyer's country. Typically, it is shipped via UPS Express, but some shipments will be shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or Aramex. Usually, a shipment arrives within seven working days after it has been dispatched. The tracking information provided by Courier Express Services usually shows complete information, including any stops and layovers in transit countries.

If a shipment has not arrived within 7 working days, please let us know, and we will start an investigation with the logistics provider.
