We are writing to inform our valued customers in the United States of a significant change to our shipping services.
In response to a new emergency decree issued by the U.S. government, we are making immediate adjustments to our shipping methods. This new decree is entirely outside of our control.
What is happening?
The new decree, which takes effect on August 29, 2025, mandates that all inbound shipments to the U.S. will be subject to import duties, regardless of their value.
How This Affects Your Shipping Options:
-
Postal Shipments: Temporarily Suspended Due to the complexities of the new regulations, all standard postal shipment options to the United States are suspended indefinitely. This included the Standard shipping and EMS Express
-
Private Courier (e.g., UPS Express): Still Available We can still ship orders to the U.S. via private couriers. However, please be aware of the following:
-
Customs Delays: Shipments are likely to experience significant delays due to longer and more complex customs processing.
-
Import Duties: Under the new decree, customers will be responsible for paying all import duties and taxes levied by U.S. customs on their order.
-
This situation only affects orders shipping to the United States. All other international shipping routes remain open as usual.
We understand this is frustrating and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are monitoring the situation and will update our website and social media channels with any new information.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
