Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:
  • Economy Airmail
    • Delivery times between 2-6 Weeks.
  • EMS Express
    • Delivery times between 2-4 Weeks.  
  • DHL Express
    • Delivery times between 3-7 days.
The delivery times are estimations and cannot be guaranteed. If a shipment has not arrived at the estimated time, we will investigate with our postal provider.

The investigation process can take up to 4 weeks. If the investigation has not resulted in the successful delivery of the shipment. RPM Carbon shall refund the cost of the shipment and the value of the products up to the following amounts:
  • Economy AirMail, up to 300US$
  • EMS Express, up to 300US$
  • DHL Express, up to 1000US$

Import Duties

RPM Carbon Co Ltd will not be responsible for any local customs charges, import taxes or duties, or any similar charges related to your shipments. 

 

Shipping forwarder

In case a customer uses a local domestic freight forwarder. RPM Carbon does only accept a claim of a missing or damaged shipment when proven that the damage has occurred before the arrival at the local freight forwarder.
